Before we turned the page on 12 January 2026 and began a new chapter as an independent “Urban Hub,” our team gave everything once again in the past year. The result: The Booking.com Traveller Review Award 2026 with a score of 8.5. Why is this look back so important for our future? The award is based on guest reviews from the year 2025. It impressively shows that quality, service excellence, and genuine hospitality have always been part of the DNA of our house – regardless of the name on the door. For us, this award therefore means more than just an accolade. It is a strong signal: We are not starting from zero, but building on a solid foundation. Our partners, guests, and MICE clients can rely on this: The team that achieved this 8.5 is the same team that is now leading MOA Berlin into the future as its own brand. A huge thank you goes to our entire team – from housekeeping to front office and service, all the way to the kitchen, technical, and office departments. This award belongs to you.
