From 1 January 2026, we will run the MOA Berlin as an independent hotel without a franchise brand. After intensive scrutiny, we made a conscious decision in favour of this step in order to enable greater individuality, flexibility and an even stronger focus on the needs of our guests.
This decision is based on our strong structures and our dedicated team, which form the basis for an independent positioning. Without a franchise brand, we can focus MOA Berlin even more specifically on the wishes of our guests and develop innovative ideas.
We are now starting to plan and implement the transition. Our project teams will take care of the relevant issues to ensure that the process runs smoothly.
This step is not only a strategic decision for us, but also a great opportunity to master new challenges together and further develop our corporate culture.
The transition to a stand-alone hotel marks the beginning of a new chapter for MOA Berlin. Our aim is to continue to provide our guests with first-class MOAments and to continue to develop creatively and innovatively.
