A day of diversity
Pride Office Day is a global day of action that celebrates the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We focussed on an informative workshop for employees on the topic of microaggressions in the workplace. Among other things, participants learnt how to recognise unconscious bias and promote a respectful, open working environment. The day was accompanied by creative highlights such as colourful cupcakes, rain ponchos, make-up and fans, which created a cheerful and positive atmosphere. A big thank you to our team for their hard work and creativity in making this special day possible.
As the topic of diversity and inclusion is important to us all year round, we would like to offer such workshops to our employees on a regular basis in future. Together, we are setting an example for respect and cohesion - not just on Pride Office Day, but every day!
