Trainees experience the sausage trade

Here at MOA Berlin, training goes beyond the traditional craft. We create space for real experiences, for learning together and for moments that stay with you.

For the first time, our trainees made their own sausages together with the kitchen brigade. From lamb and beef to wild boar and venison to an exotic variant: Sri Lankan deviled pork in a jar.

The special thing about it? Even experienced professionals have often never done anything like this before. And that's exactly what our team is all about: trying out new things together, learning from each other and having lots of fun in the process.
