Am Abreisetag steht das Zimmer bis 12.00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Falls Du das Zimmer länger nutzen möchtest, wende Dich bitte an die Rezeption. Gern bieten wir Dir einen „Late Check-out“ gegen Aufpreis an.
Your room will be available till 12 pm on the day of your departure. If you would like to use the room a little longer, please contact reception. For a small surcharge, we will be happy to offer you a “late checkout”.

BAHNHOF - RAILWAY STATION
Vom Hotel ist der Berliner Hauptbahnhof 1,9 km entfernt. Du erreichst ihn per Taxi, Tram oder Bus. An der Rezeption kannst Du die Buslinien sowie deren Fahrzeiten erfragen oder ein Taxi bestellen.
The hotel is just 1.9 km from the Berlin Central Station. You can get there by taxi or bus. Ask at reception about the bus routes and timetables or to book a taxi.
BANKEN - BANKS
Im Erdgeschoss beim Eingang des Edeka Centers (Birkenstraße) sowie im 2. Obergeschoss (Fahrstuhlbereich Stephanstraße) befinden sich EC-Automaten. Weitere Banken sind in der Turmstraße zu finden.
On the first floor at the entrance of the Edeka Center (Birkenstraße) as well as on the 2nd floor (elevator area Stephanstraße) there are EC machines.Other banks can be found on Turmstraße.

Unsere moderne MOA BAR im urbanen, gemütlichen Stil ist montags bis samstags von 11.00 bis 1.00 Uhr sowie sonntags & an Feiertagen von 11.00 bis 23.00 Uhr für Dich geöffnet. Wir bieten neben Drinks, Cocktails und auserlesenen Weinen auch kleine Snacks an.
Our modern & stylish bar lounge is open for you Monday through Saturday from 11 am until 1 am and Sundays & holidays from 11 am until 11 pm. We offer drinks, cocktails and fine wines as well as small snacks.
BÜGEL- UND NÄHSERVICE - IRONING AND SEWING SERVICE
Möchtest Du deine Kleidung selbst bügeln, stehen 2 Bügelräume auf der 3. und 4. Etage zu Verfügung. Für kleine Ausbesserungen an Deiner Kleidung liegt in jedem Zimmer für ein Nähset bereit. Auf Wunsch erledigen wir dies auch für Dich, bitte gebe an der Rezeption Bescheid (kostenpflichtig, auf Nachfrage wochentags).
If you would like to iron your clothes yourself, there are 2 ironing rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor. A sewing kit is available in your room for small repairs to your clothes. If you wish, we can also do this for you. Please let us know at the reception (subject to a fee, on request on weekdays).

CAR SHARING
Mit dem Car-Sharing-Anbieter „Stadtmobil“ kannst Du direkt vom Hotelparkhaus starten. Alternativ haben „Miles“ oder „Share Now“ ein sehr gut ausgebautes Infrastrukturnetz in der Berliner Innenstadt. Elektroroller (keine Klapproller) wie „Emmy“ oder „Tier“ bieten Fahrspaß auf zwei Rädern.
With the car-sharing provider „Stadtmobil“, you can start directly from the hotel parking garage. Alternatively, „miles“ or „share-now“ have a very well-developed infrastructure network in downtown Berlin. Electric scooters (not folding scooters) such as „emmy“ or „tier“ offer driving pleasure on two wheels.

Im 2.OG auf dem Parkdeck P04 befinden sich unsere neuen MOA E-Roller, die Du für 35€ pro E-Roller und Tag oder 9€ pro Stunde ausleihen kannst. Zur Registrierung und Nutzung scanne einfach den QR Code auf den Rollern.
On the 2nd floor on parking deck P04 you will find our new MOA e-scooters, which you can rent for 35€ per e-scooter and day or 9€ per hour. To register and use, simply scan the QR code on the scooters.

FAHRRÄDER - BICYCLES
An unserer Rezeption stehen Fahrräder mit verstellbarer Sattelhöhe zur Verfügung, die Du für 15€ pro Fahrrad und Tag ausleihen kannst.
At our reception you will find bicycles with adjustable saddle height, which you can rent for 15€ per bicycle and day.
FITNESSSTUDIO - GYM
Unser vollumfänglich ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio befindet sich im 3. Stock des Gebäudeteils Birkenstraße. Im Kardiobereich (Laufband, Crosstrainer) sind Flatscreens angebracht, neben den gängigsten Kraftgeräten gibt es einen Bereich mit Bodenmatten und Spiegelwand. Eine Erfrischungsstation, Handtücher, Duschen, Umkleiden & Spints stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Unser Fitnessstudio hat montags bis sonntags von 6.00 bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet.
Our fully equipped gym is located on the 3rd floor of the building part Birkenstraße. In the cardio area (treadmill, crosstrainer) there are flatscreens, next to the most common weight machines there is an area with floor mats and mirror wall; a refreshment station, towels, showers, changing rooms & spints are available free of charge. Our gym is open for you Monday through Sunday from 6 am to 10 pm.

LADESÄULE - CHARGING STATION
Im Parkhaus auf den Etagen EG, 1.OG und 2.OG haben wir für unsere Gäste mit Elektro- oder Hybridwagen insgesamt 24 Ladeanschlüsse (10 Dockingstationen mit Typ 2, je 22 kW und 2 Anschlüsse) installiert. Eine kurze Anleitung befindet sich vor Ort. Die Tarife kannst Du deinem Anbieter oder der dazugehörigen REEF-App entnehmen.
In the parking garage on the ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor, we have installed a total of 24 charging connections (10 docking stations with type 2, 22 kW each and 2 connections) for our guests with electric or hybrid cars. A short manual is available on site. For tariffs please refer to your provider or the corresponding REEF app.

NO SMOKING
Bitte beachte, dass in unseren Zimmern ein absolutes Rauchverbot von Tabakwaren sowie E-Zigaretten gilt. Bei Nichtbeachtung sehen wir uns leider gezwungen, die zusätzlichen Reinigungskosten von 500€ in Rechnung zu stellen. Unsere Raucherlounge ist im 2. Obergeschoss zu finden. Ferner sind offene Feuer und das Anzünden von Kerzen in den Hotelzimmern, Treppenhäusern, Fluren und Sanitärbereichen nicht erlaubt. Bei vorsätzlicher oder fahrlässiger Auslösung des oder der Rauchmelder sind die Kosten des Feuerwehreinsatzes vom Verursacher selbst zu tragen.
Please note that smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes is absolutely prohibited in our rooms. In case of non-compliance, we unfortunately see ourselves forced to charge you the additional cleaning costs of 500€. You will find our smoking lounge on the 2nd floor. Furthermore, open fires and the lighting of candles are not permitted in the hotel rooms, stairwells, hallways and sanitary areas. In case of intentional or negligent triggering of the smoke detector(s), the costs of the fire department operation are to be covered by the person responsible.

Die Einfahrt zum Parkhaus befindet sich in der Birkenstraße 19–22. Die Gebühr beträgt 20€ pro Tag/Fahrzeug oder 3€ pro Stunde. Zum Bezahlen nutzen unsere Parkscheinautomaten im EG, 1. OG & 2. OG. Das Ticket darf nicht in der Nähe von magnetischen Gegenständen aufbewahrt werden, da dies zum Datenverlust führen kann und wie ein Verlustticket gehandhabt wird.
The entrance is located on Birkenstraße 19–22. The parking fee is 20€ per day/per vehicle or 3€ per hour. You will find our parking ticket machines on the ground floor, 1st floor & 2nd floor. The ticket must not be stored near magnetic objects, as this can lead to data loss and will be handled like a lost ticket.

Unser Küchenteam bietet täglich von 18.00 bis 22.30 Uhr in unserem Restaurant an der Front-Cooking-Küche eine Auswahl an leckeren Speisen an, die je nach Saison variieren. Alle Speisen können gegen Aufpreis (15,00€) auch auf das Zimmer bestellt werden.

You can leave your laundry items at reception for cleaning. If you hand in your items by 8.30 am they will be returned to you by 6 pm the same day. The price list is in the wardrobe in your room.
