About Violetta Mascheski

Our Vio is passionate about training and further education. As a trained hotel manager, she knows exactly what career starters in the hotel industry can expect and accompanies our young talents on their individual journeys through their training or studies. She brings an incredibly positive attitude to every day and is firmly convinced that if you really want something, there is a way to get there. Of course, with the proviso that you also have to work hard for it. In her private life, she trains her mind and body on the half-marathon route and, despite the fact that she is a native Berliner and grew up without much altitude, loves a variety of hiking tours in Austria. Oh yes - & she is obsessed with vegan donuts.

About Elena Sirakova

With training in cookery and service, a degree in tourism management and experience in the hotel, catering, events, spirits and software industries, Elena realises that her heart beats for the hotel industry. She loves direct contact with people, supports full and part-time staff in all matters and enjoys spreading a good mood. It is important to her that the work is fun, efficient and that the team remains motivated. Clear structures, open communication and a positive work culture are particularly important to her. Together with her team, she masters challenges, works in a solution-orientated manner and promotes the further development of others. In her private life, she likes to recharge her batteries with sporting activities in the mountains - and has a weakness for coffee and chocolate.

About Azaharis Rabilero Henry

As a trained office administrator, Azaharis has experience in engineering and finance and has been part of the Talent & Culture team at Hotel MOA Berlin since 2023. With empathy, a positive attitude and flexibility, she supports all employees - from trainees and temporary staff to permanent employees - in all matters. She always has an open ear and ensures a harmonious working relationship. She may seem introverted at first, but her humorous, warm-hearted nature soon becomes apparent, creating trust and contributing to an appreciative working environment. In her private life, her Cuban temperament is evident: as a mum of three boys, she is passionate about football every weekend, loves dancing in the kitchen, music and Marvel films. Nike Jordans are her trademark, ice cream, mint choc sweets and Cheetos her weaknesses - and rocking simply makes her happy.
