Conferences & Seminars
Especially the meeting rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor are ideal for smaller meetings and seminars. Due to the different sizes and flexible walls, these areas are ideal for a kick-off event and can be used as breakout rooms afterwards. A common foyer connects the rooms and creates a separate area where you and your guests can fully concentrate on your event. All rooms are carpeted and have large windows.

Exclusive in a living room atmosphere
Private Business Meeting
Our conference suites are ideal for small, exclusive meetings of a maximum of 6 people. They not only offer an exclusive and undisturbed retreat, but also have the charm of a living room and allow, for example, strategy, application or coaching discussions to take place in a homely atmosphere. Our rooms and floors are easily accessible, so that we have already been able to host conferences with up to 2,000 participants spread over all floors.

It was during the Corona period that we were able to develop our expertise in hybrid events and build our own in-house event technology team, specialising in sound and lighting for streaming and broadcast formats.

Fair
The Conventiona Hall and the Atrium are predestined as main halls for the various trade fair formats that we have been able to host in recent years. Recurring trade fairs such as the Wine Fair or Stuzubi appreciate the access possibilities from the three sides as well as the hotel's own multi-storey car park for optimal admission management for its visitors.

5,000 m² event space
With a total area of 5,000m² distributed over three floors, we can offer you a variety of formats. coordinated capacity of rooms, restaurant and parking spaces. The centrepiece - our Convention Hall - with 2,400m² of event space allows for numerous individual and surprising room concepts thanks to the flexibly separable and combinable wall systems.
40 event rooms of various sizes
The total of 40 event spaces offer optimal space for a wide variety of events on three event levels.
A special highlight is the light-flooded atrium with glass roof and our large convention hall with integrated high-tech LED system for perfect event illumination in your corporate colours.
Large Convention Hall
With 2,400 m², the Convention Hall is the centrepiece of the first floor. It can be used with either carpet or parquet flooring.
Up to 4,000 guests
Up to 4,000 people for trade fairs or events across our entire event space over 3 floors can be brought together with us.
Up to 1,000 guests can be welcomed at your event with catering and food without any problems.
Up to 1.800 persons can attend your works meeting.
We offer you the ideal space for a wide variety of events, such as conferences, company celebrations or fashion shows, trade fairs or congresses, concerts and product presentations.
Separate meeting floors
Both the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors have their own foyer area with bar and can thus be used as separate areas.
In-house event technology & IT
From basic conference equipment to professional sound and lighting support to our own network - we handle everything in-house via our own teams and provide you with our experienced specialists as direct contacts on site.
Fast & digital quotation process
Our goal is to have valuable time for fun-filled joint planning with a short processing time for your enquiry and the preparation of the offer. We provide you with all-round personal advice with your own contact person who is always available for you, also on site, and tailor our offers to suit you individually. Plus: the entire process only works digitally and interactively.

Thanks to the spacious bar & restaurant areas, we can facilitate various catering & hospitality concepts depending on the event format and size.

400 parking spaces in the hotel car park
On your first day, we welcome you and introduce you to your new workplace and the MOA family. You will receive a short onboarding, a house tour and an introduction to the different departments. There is also a small house rally and a joint lunch, so that you can find your way around and get to know each other well on the first day!

The Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin has 336 comfortable rooms and suites with high-quality furnishings. A highlight are our maisonette suites as well as our interior capsule-style rooms, where you are guaranteed to find your well-deserved rest. In addition, our well-equipped fitness studio with its own shower areas is available to all our guests.

Accesses to the building
The MOA Berlin is accessible via its two entrances to Birkenstrasse and Stephanstrasse as well as via the escalator from the mall area, which leads directly into the MOA MEET Convention Center. This makes admission management for larger events very manageable.
