For our trainees

Benefits for all

In addition to these trainee benefits, all the benefits listed above also apply, of course.

Permanent contact person

Our trainees have a permanent training officer in each department during their entire training period. He/she is available at all times to answer questions about the training content and process and, of course, to provide advice and support for your individual and personal concerns.

Participation in competitions

Our instructors invest valuable time and years of knowledge in your training and challenge you at every opportunity with one goal in mind: to prepare you in the best possible way for your exams on the one hand and to enable you to start your career in the best possible way on the other. We are convinced that during this instructive time, outstanding (educational) achievements deserve the highest recognition and should be honoured. For this reason, we encourage your participation in competitions and support you in your preparation!

We want you!

We offer 80% of our apprentices a permanent position, of which almost 90% accept our offer and switch to a permanent position with us. We are true to our word: if our trainees achieve a pre-determined, good final result in their training, we reward this success and are happy about the team growth to shine together.

Cross training in our partner hotels

Especially in training, it is important to look beyond one's own nose - and what is better suited than the exchange programme with our partner hotel? The 4-star superior Hotel Heidegrund is our partner hotel and is the perfect complement and counterpart to MOA Berlin. The conference & wellness hotel hosts many smaller conferences, weddings and private events , and the holiday & wellness guests also want a different kind of attention than the conference & business guests at MOA Berlin. Exam Preparation & Training

Together we are strong! Of course, our trainers and team colleagues will support you in your exam preparation and show you valuable tips from their wealth of experience right from day 1. We take into account the intensive exam preparation times and - if possible - provide tutoring and start-up help at any time on request.

Regular trainee meetings

We regularly invite you to our trainee meetings to talk about your wishes, suggestions and concerns. Here you will find a protected space, open ears and mutual support, because everything may be said and expressed, as long as an appreciative and sincere approach is guaranteed.
