For conferences in the countryside, any events in the event barn or a relaxing nature & wellness holiday, we offer the optimal conditions and sufficient space for organisers and recreational guests with 105 comfortable rooms.

What drives us?
I am happy when I have done everything before, during and after the stay to inspire the guest about MOA Berlin. If the guest then announces that they want to come back, it is a sign that I have looked after them perfectly. I communicate the guests' wishes as well as feedbacks with the responsible departments, which actively support me in the implementation and evaluation.
In Talent & Culture Management at MOA Berlin, I have the feeling that I can make a difference. I see all colleagues as talents and everyone as part of our culture. Our focus is always on creating a better way of working together and for each other for the work of tomorrow.
New day, new luck and that also describes my everyday working life at the MOA Group. Every day, new tasks and challenges await me, which I can tackle together with a great team. In addition to the classic KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), we always work according to the motto "Keep People Interested, Informed, Involved & Inspired"; this is exactly what motivates me every day.
For me, it's the contact with the people. Every day when I enter the house, I first go to the reception of the breakfast restaurant to get an overview. I'm usually greeted there with a smile. Every day I look forward to all the tasks that await me. I look forward to the interviews with potential new trainees and to talking to the staff.
Personally, team spirit, openness and the motivation to achieve goals together are very important to me and I have been happy since day one that I find exactly that in MOA Berlin and the MOA Group. We all pull together, challenge ourselves anew and of course the portion of fun is not missing in everyday life!
To be there every day anew for the guests, the colleagues and for the MOA in order to exceed expectations and to be able to provide active support when needed. The very diverse tasks in my position fulfil me and motivate me to always give my best. I value respect, reliability, professionalism, presence, personal responsibility and also teamwork. I like to give trust and recognition, sincerity and appreciation.
I am most looking forward to the new challenges that await me every day and having to react quickly to all kinds of situations. The team spirit and the mutual support are a great help and it is fun to feel the MOA spirit every day.
I look forward to meeting my colleagues every day, because they are consistently nice and very helpful. There is never a dull moment, because every day brings new challenges. This makes my work very varied and exciting. I also manage to create a positive and motivating atmosphere in the team.
Every day I look forward to tackling new exciting tasks together with my dedicated team. I especially like the variety that comes from the continuous development of the house. It is simply enriching to be part of a dynamic and inspiring working environment.
Working at MOA is fun because there are no structures that have been stuck for ages. Everyone can contribute their ideas and creativity and it's great to see how these are often implemented in a very short time.
