Are dogs allowed in our house?
Yes, dogs are allowed in our hotel for an extra charge. We welcome pets and make sure that they also feel comfortable with us.
Is it possible to darken the rooms with curtains?
Yes, our rooms are equipped with curtains that provide a effective dimming enable.
Will there be any changes to online check-in and check-out?
No, everything remains as usual and you can continue to check in and out conveniently online.
What is the cancellation and booking change policy?

Does the MOA offer parking facilities?
Yes, we offer parking facilities for our guests. Parking in the hotel's own multi-storey car park is subject to a charge. The current prices are 25,00€ per day or 3,00€ per hour. There are several payment options to choose from, including Cash, credit card and EC card. If you have any problems, you can always contact our reception.
What additional services are available and can I take advantage of them?
Our guests frequently make use of the following additional offers:

- Choice of a higher room category
- Treatment & surprises for birthdays or other private occasions (honeymoon etc.)
You can book these directly online or contact us directly so that we can make a note of them.
Is the hotel barrier-free?
Yes, our hotel is designed barrier-freeto ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. On the booking platform there is the possibility barrier-free rooms to inquire.
How are the rooms equipped?
The room facilities vary depending on the category, details can be found on the respective room pages. All rooms have a comfortable bed, a private bathroom, a desk with chair, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a kettle with a selection of coffee and tea.
What is the City Tax in Berlin and how much is it?
The City Tax is an overnight tax levied on tourists in Berlin. It is used to finance infrastructure measures and to promote tourism in the city. The City tax in Berlin 7.5% of the accommodation price per person.
What happens to Accor points (earning & redeeming)?
Accor points can no longer be collected or redeemed after 12 January 2026.
For bookings that due to and in connection with Accor points or status benefits made and which relate to the time after the system changeover, we are currently examining accommodating solutions:
Free cancellation
Rebooking to other flexible tariffs
Individual consultation for VIP or status bookings
If Accor guests redeem points when booking for stays in 2026 but cancel this booking after 12.01.2026, the redeemed points will expire and will not be credited again.
Are there any special instructions for smokers?
Our hotel is smoke-free. There is an absolute ban on smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes in our rooms. We ask smokers to leave the to use the designated smoking area on the parking deck on the 2nd floor.. In case of non-observance, the additional cleaning costs will be charged.
When can I check in and when do I have to check out?
Check-in is possible from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Please note that additional charges apply for earlier check-in. Reception is staffed 24/7. Check-out is until 12:00. If you would like to extend your stay beyond the regular check-out time, please contact our reception in advance. Additional charges apply for late check-out. The room keys no longer work automatically after 12:00 noon.
Is there a bike hire service?
Yes, we offer bike hire. Discover the city in a quick and comfortable way. The bikes are ideal for short distances or to explore the hotel's surroundings. You can find more detailed information on prices, availability and booking here here.
Will VIP or status benefits continue to be granted?
VIP upgrades or status benefits from Accor (e.g. room upgrades) can be booked from 12.01.2026 no longer guaranteed become.
For bookings that have already been confirmed, we are happy to check accommodating individual solutions, to make your stay even more special.
When do you have breakfast at MOA Berlin?
Breakfast is served by Monday till Saturday from 6:30 till 10:30 served and Sundays and to Holidays from 7:00 till 11:00 o'clock. With freshly squeezed juice, coffee specialities and a rich breakfast buffet, we ensure the perfect start to the day.
What extra offers are there for beds and pillows?
For more comfort, we offer a selection of different pillow types to customise your bed. All duvet covers at MOA are allergy-friendly - for a relaxed and healthy sleep.
What is the ‚Go Green, Skip the Clean‘ initiative all about?
Sustainability is our top priority. For this reason, we offer to waive the standard daily room cleaning service. For a stay of several days however, we will clean the room after every third night as standard. Of course, we enable the free cleaning option on request and also provide fresh towels at any time.
As a guest, do I have to do anything now?
No, existing bookings continue to run automatically.
Only for questions about Accor points, VIP benefits or fixed rates we recommend that you contact us briefly so that we can find the best solution together.
Is mobile working possible with us?
Yes, we offer free wifi for our guests. Power sockets are also available in the bar and restaurant to charge your devices and work on the move.
Can I leave my luggage with you if I arrive earlier?
Yes, you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception before you check in. It will be safely stored there until you can move into your room.
How is MOA Berlin connected to the public transport network?
MOA Berlin offers good connections to the public transport network. The Birkenstraße underground station is located only a few minutes' walk from the hotel. From there, there is direct access to the U9 underground line. The S-Bahn station Westhafen is also nearby and offers connection to the S-Bahn line S41 and S42. The tram M10 takes you in 10 minutes from the Turmstraße to Central station.
Will there be any changes to the quality promise and the hotel offer?
No, our customised service offering and the quality aspects as well as sustainability certifications remain in place and continue to be a high priority for us.
What are the reception hours?
Our Reception is staffed around the clock. Our team is always available to help guests with any questions or concerns.
Can extra beds be booked?
Yes, extra beds are available. We will be happy to bring an extra bed to your room and prepare it for you. The cost for this is 35 euros per night.
Does MOA Berlin offer a laundry service?
Yes, at MOA Berlin we offer a practical laundry service for our guests. Our professional team will take care of your laundry so you don't have to worry about anything during your stay. The laundry service can be provided from Monday till Friday be used.
Where can you report if you have forgotten something in your room?

Where is the reception located?
You will find the reception on the first floor.
Until when can the check-out at MOA Berlin take place?
The Check-out at MOA Berlin is open until 12:00 noon. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the regular check-out time, please contact our reception in advance. Please note that additional charges apply for late check-out. After 12:00 noon, the room keys will not work.
What facilities are there in the rooms?
Our rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, a Cupboard or Coat rack, Towels, Shampoo and Shower gel, a Hairdryer/hair dryer, a Television, a Air conditioning, a Telephone and a Safe equipped.
What happens to existing bookings?
All existing bookings remain valid and are automatically adopted.
You don't have to do anything else - your arrival, stay details and booked services remain unchanged.
When can I check in at MOA Berlin?
The Check-in at MOA Berlin is from 15:00. Please note that additional charges apply for earlier check-in. The reception is staffed 24/7.
Is there a minibar and snacks in the room?
We have provided water for you in our rooms on the day of arrival. For a larger selection of drinks and snacks, you will find Automats on the corridors of the 2nd/3rd & 4th floors. On the ground floor Edeka Mondays to Saturdays 7:00 - 22:00 open and is closed on Sundays.
Can I still cancel or rebook my booking?
New cancellation conditions apply from 12 January 2026.
For Existing bookings the Conditions at the time of booking, unless you have booked in conjunction with Accor points or benefits (see question What happens to Accor points?).
With non-cancellable instalments, booked exclusively for Accor benefits, we examine goodwill solutions, e.g. free cancellation or rebooking.
What extra offers do we have with our beds?

How is the air conditioning and heating regulated?
The air conditioning and heating in the rooms is automatic and can also be controlled manually by the guests.
What will change when booking new stays?
