Working together for an inclusive working environment This year, we have continuously worked on expanding our knowledge and understanding of diversity. Smart hotel room
Our programming work has been completed since the end of 2024, meaning that we will be able to successfully link 40 rooms with our own smart control system at the start of the beta phase in Q4 2024. Step by step, more and more local products are finding their way into our product range. Whether local wines or the rolls from the Kiez bakery - they save on transport routes while maintaining the usual high quality and protect our environment.
Skip the clean
Our guests can choose between an all-round cleaning of their room or a cleaning time-out every day. With the reduced number of cleanings, they contribute to saving water, electricity and cleaning agents.
Saving water at MOA Berlin
Our valuable water is already a scarce resource worldwide. In order to curb unnecessary water consumption, we have introduced extensive measures to conserve water in recent years and will continue to expand these in the future. CleanUp Day August 2023
At the end of August, we were out and about again as a team in our neighbourhood as part of our biannual MOA Clean-up Day, collecting cigarette butts, glass bottles, bottle caps and other rubbish of all kinds from the streets. Twice a year, teams from MOA Berlin go out and clean the area around our hotel as part of our local environmental management programme. This late summer it was on 31.
